INTERNATIONAL RATES: International rates are subject to the charges from individual carriers to specific countries. However, packages will be shipped only by USPS - Priority Mail International. You may email us for rates prior to purchase if you country is not listed during checkout. Shipping Time for Priority Mail International® is normally 7 to 10 business days. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned. Additionally, we cannot refund your international shipping charges. Please email us or call us if you any questions.

RETURNS: Zappo Game™ stands behind its merchandise. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may exchange it or receive a refund for the merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date, provided all the terms defined in Directions for Returns are complied with and the merchandise has not been abused.
DIRECTIONS FOR RETURNS: Please Email us to receive a return authorization number (this number will be forwarded to the accounting department to process your refund.) After you receive your RA number, pack the items you are returning into a shipping box with plenty of packing material . For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery send the package to us via UPS. Write the return authorization number on the address label . Sorry, shipping charges are the responsability of the buyer and are not included in the refund.

All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number and be in new and unused condition, including all package contents with the manufacturer's original packaging, items returned to us without meeting these requirements will be subject to a restocking fee for the item.
